UTAH STATE SENATE

In the Senate, I built a record that shows how I’ll lead in Congress: pro-worker, pro-housing, pro-democracy, and unafraid to take tough votes.

SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL

On the City Council, Utah’s biggest challenge was affordable housing. This work was before politicians used housing as a political tool,

  • Granted a historic $27 million housing fund to help working Utahs afford to live where they work.

  • Modernized zoning allowing Accessory Dwelling United (ADUs), a pro-housing, pro-neighborhood reform to increase supply without changing community character.

This was early, practical leadership to build more housing—before it was politically easy.

SERVING UTAH IN WASHINGTON

After serving in the Utah Legislature, President Biden appointed me to serve at Export-Import Bank of the United States. I contributed and led:

  • Global trade and commercial diplomacy

  • Investing in jobs and manufacturing in America

  • Building our industrial base to stay competitive with China and Russia

  • Bringing good-paying jobs back to America

I understand WHAT needs to be done & HOW to get it done. This race isn't about me- its about choosing the right fighter for our neighbors, and for Utah’s future.
